Urge Control targets the moment between trigger and behavior. Four sessions on urge surfing, trigger neutralization, identity-level commitment, and slip recovery. Works alongside whatever recovery approach you've already chosen — AA, SMART Recovery, therapy, treatment, or going it alone.
